I just downloaded F3 on WinXP and found that I can no longer detach a 
view.  I get the dock and stack drop cursors, but no detach drop cursor. 

On the same machine, detaching views  works fine in Eclipse 1 and WSAD 
4.1. 

Please bring back that wonderful  feature!?
