I don't know what the link from above contains,
but my 0505 drop (SWT_for_MacOS_X_0505.dmg.gz) should work fine
with the M5 or the 20020418 drop.
The 0505 drop is definitely not out of date with respect to M5 or 20020418.

However, it is out of synch with respect to F1 (or HEAD) of the swt 
project at dev.eclipse.org.

But my latest version of SWT (which supports F1) is in 
dev.eclipse.org and if you are able to
run the Eclipse version from above (0505/M5), you can check out my 
latest stuff, build it and upgrade yourself to F1.
