[platform-swt-dev] Baby steps

Boris,

I am still working my way through the code.  I have made
some changes this evening (updated ProgressBar to GTK2 and
made slight changes to Cursor) but have not yet tested them.
Please provide a short description of what I must do in order
to run the workbench with these changes.  In the meantime,
I will write a couple of test applications to test the changes.
I hope to have patches for you either tonight or tomorrow.

My next focus will be on Font/FontData/FontMetrics.  Do you know
of any problems with the current GC?
