It can be done manually if you want. You'll have to ensure that all of the
required resources appear in your jar where they're expected to be; you can
look at an swt.jar from Eclipse to see the correct content...

Grant,
If I go ahead and built it without using ANT, the jar
created like this should work just fine correct. ANT just
provides a easier way of building it thru. build.xml picking
up the respective packages.
