[platform-search-dev] Vote for a new committer

In the past 3 milestones Martin Aeschlimann provided various bug fixes and
enhancements
for org.eclipse.search plug-in. All his contributions were solid and of
high quality and showed
his good understanding of the Platform/Search codebase.

I ask the committers of the Platform/Search component for their vote to
grant Martin Aeschlimann
commit rights.
