the scripting support is not part of Eclipse 2.0. It has been disabled in builds since the start of Eclipse 2.0 and is being removed (is gone for M4 (not posted yet)).  It will not ship with 2.0. We plan to revisit this after 2.0, but unfortunately that does not help you right now.
