Cannot resolve project dependencies:

This is due to the fact that features qualifiers are calculated based on git commits which can't be calculated properly when feature and its content are in different git repositories.
I would like to specially thank people involved in merging git repositories (truly thankless work!) as this is the reason we are facing this for the first time in 4.27 cycle !!!
If/when we see even more repositories merged such build breakage should reduce even more.
