This is a second occurence where is appears the content used by the SDK build are not the ones expected, after the one with beanutils that seems required despite it was not present anymore in the .target.

2 oddities in 2 days seem a lot, so there could indeed be something fishy in the build at the moment. I have the impression that some previous version of the SDK repo is also used as input of next SDK build and some older artifacts are available without good reason, just like if `-Pbuild-individual-bundles ` is used... But it's not obvious to get solid clue about that.
