A patch that hopefully fixes the problem has been just pushed! Once the new Tycho snapshot is published  I'll start a new build.

Things might be unstable for a while but it's important work that would allow supporting new java versions without explicit profiles being created and maintained in tycho.

It would actually allow us to support older versions (Java 12-16) too as right now we limited what we publish which would no longer be needed and profiles will be generated on the fly as long as you have such Java version available.
