https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20220119-0540/ should not be used.
IDE doesn't properly start without -data option, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=578280.

I've triggered job to mark it unstable, but it is still waiting for the free node to run: https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/job/eclipse.releng.markUnstable/.

A patch for the new issue is underway, once that compiles in gerrit and is merged, I plan to trigger another I-build to verify the fix.
