Hi,

The problem appears to be OKD cluster. The new containers are not getting started. Raised Bug 574955 - Containers are not getting started on https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/ 

By the way, We don't use Tycho during the tests so tycho changes have little impact on the testing

Could it be, that is related to recent Tycho changes for bug

Or is that step done outside of Tycho?
