I believe this was caused by https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/commit/?id=7d105cf84b70272ef42aea426dd0c5a2deeafecb

But there is a patch associated to the bug fixing compilation problem. Both should be committed together.

I am committing the second one and restarting another build
