[platform-releng-dev] Change in I-Build Job Configuration

The Configuration of the I-Build job https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/view/Builds/job/I-build-4.10/

has been changed so as to incorporate the SWT build step as a part of this build.

 

So, Now triggering this job would build SWT first (using the job https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/view/Builds/job/1-SWT-Increment_if_needed/) and then proceed with the remaining build steps.

 

This eliminates the manual steps of first triggering the SWT build and then the I-Build.
