[platform-releng-dev] Gerrit verification builds - Keep 40 builds instea

Hi,

I adjusted https://ci.eclipse.org/platform/job/eclipse.platform.ui-Gerrit/
to keep 40 builds instead of 20 so that our contributors so not loose
too fast the information why a build failed.

If you see or foresee any problem with that, please let me know so
that I can change that back.
