Hi,

The build failure is due to changes done for Bug 539583 - Retire org.eclipse.e4.tools.compat 

This particular problem should have been caught by gerrit. Need to investigate.

The problem here is here is e4.tools.emf.editor3x plugin still has o.e.e4.tools.compat as required plugin.
