I believe this is an issue in tycho

 

Bug 537718 - tycho-packaging:build-qualifier-aggregator fails to identify modifications to included features.

 

I need some help in creating a test case for this.

Feels like lot of our failing builds are due to missing touched features. Is it really necessary to fail the build in this case or could we somehow include these checks into Gerrit validation?
