[platform-releng-dev] 4.9-I-builds publicly advertised?

Hi,

I noticed that recent I-builds (4.9) are not yet visible on
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

Is this done by intention? When will those builds be listed?
I assume the alias I-builds -> 4.9-I-builds will only be added
after 4.8 GA, right?
