I see no such problem with the latest build. The problem you mentioned
looks more like a PDE problem?

Are you sure? With today's I-build I see tons of error markers(like
"Type IOException is not API) in the editor but they are not there
in
the Problems or Package Explorer view and compilation works just fine.
