The next one failed
too.

Sravan suspects that using the tycho 1.1.0-snapshot may be a cause and
recommends we switch to the released tycho version 1.1.0. 
I have posted a patch on the bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=512100

Alex, can you review and release this code please?

I am investigating this failure. At the moment, I don't have much clue
apart from the following log:
