Re: [platform-releng-dev] 4.8.0 I-Build: I20180129-2000

OK. Seems to be caused by Hudson to Jenkins migration (thanks going to
Sravan for pointing me which jobs to look at while at vacation).
Opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=530507 to request
help from webmaster to solve the issue.
