[platform-releng-dev] Build I20171227-2000 unstable

Hi,

the build is marked as unstable, I guess this is because of the warnings 
below.

I believe that the change in 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=529254 was the trigger 
(https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/commit/?id=dc21038f27457502aacbf2cb458b2d0293a896b0).

The internal progress API is changes slightly so it could be that the 
resulting test class files are different now (JobInfo.getParent() 
returns now JobTreeElement and not an Object).

I'm right in the assumption that this means, that either the code or the 
forceQualifierUpdate.txt of the tests.ui plugin need to be touched?

I'm going to update the test code to use more specific signature of 
JobInfo.getParent().
