[platform-releng-dev] 4.7.2 RC4 schedule

There will be an RC4 build based on the following schedule, but only if there's a request for it:

Please note that any change in RC4 needs PMC approval.

 

Here is the schedule(all times in Eastern time zone US):

Nov 29, 2017 5 PM        RC4 Candidate build

Nov 30, 2017                 1-day test pass against RC4 and sign-off

Dec 1, 2017                   Promotion (make build available on download page and contribute to simrel)
