I think Sravan or Frederic can answer about missing/archiving P builds.
U builds are similar to P build but specifically done for Junit 5. changes.

Hi Platform release engineers,
we at Code Recommenders have nightly build jobs running against various
versions of the Platform to catch any Recommenders/JDT incompatibility
early on. One of these jobs was the scenario "Oxygen + Java 9 patch",
using the R-build for Oxygen.0 and the 4.7 P-build.
Alas, as of yesterday, that P-build is gone. Is this intentional? I
couldn't find any statement on the retention policy of P-builds [1], but
there's at least one archive patch [2], so maybe this one should be
archived as well?
On a related note: In my search for the missing P-build I came across
the 4.7-U-builds directory. What on earth is a U-build?
