[platform-releng-dev] 4.7 maintenance branch - open again and Oxygen.1a RC1 schedule

Hi,

 

4.7 maintenance branch is open again. You can start merging Junit 5 and Java 9 changes.

we have RC1 scheduled for September 22 (1 week from now)

 

Here is the schedule

 

Candidate build: Sep 20, 5PM Eastern

Signoff: Sep 21

Promotion: Sep 22
