Build failed due to felix scr update done through Bug 506953 - Update prereqs for Oxygen Milestones: Orbit URL

 

To fix this we need touch the bundles where org.apache.felix.scr used.

 

I did the code changes and trying our this in my local build(will complete in 2 hours) before starting a new build on the eclipse infrastructure.

 

Will be starting a new build around 9:00AM eastern today
