Hi,

 

 

The exact cause of this problem is due to qualifier update on Orbit bundles though there is no change in the code or binaries.

 

Raised couple of bugs

 

Bug 514740 - Qualifier change for org.apache.commons.fileupload bundle with orbit bundles and

Bug 514741 - Build failure on I20170404-2000 to track changes in platform

Build failed due to 

Bug 499717 - Update to Ant 1.10.1

 

I will fix the issue shortly and trigger a rebuild.
