[platform-releng-dev] Platform HIPP

does anyone know what the platform HIPP is meditating about?
The machine (hipp10) is alive and kicking,
but https://hudson.eclipse.org/platform/ doesn't respond (502 proxy error).
Who has the keys to kick that HIPP?

Interestingly, even after it entered this state a push to gerrit
produced a "Build started" email - although delayed by several hours.
