The build failed due to

Bug
484000: Occasional Build failure
due to "Could not determine installation size of file"

The problem is probably an infrastructure
issue that is incorrectly handled/reported by p2 and eventually kills the
Tycho build. We will move the build to Tycho 0.27 snapshots, which contain
a workaround for this.

A rebuild will start at 06:00 ET.
