This build failed with a local compile
error in releng.
Fixed via https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=499147#c7and scheduled another I-build (already running).

In the future, we should always do a
rebuild if the build before the Tuesday's I-build fails (currently the
Monday's N-build).
We're again running without a build
and test results for two working days, and that's not good.
