This poor guy was killed by
Bug
497432: Is Linux killing our Releng HIPP processes?

Since M20161005-1200 already started
off and looks promising, I'll let the M-build finish first and start the
I-build afterwards at 14:30 ET.

BTW: The trigger for the original build
failures was a "http_proxy" environment variable that had not
been defined before Monday (see bug 503388 comment
17).
