Looks like fallout from recent commits
for
Bug
499209: Remove Unix platform builds from download
page

The builds were there, but the index.php
was broken. I've restored the download page. The links to the removed Unix
platform builds won't work, but that's OK for this one build.

Looks like the download page for latest N build is broken: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/N20160822-1959/: there are no download links!

The last good page is http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/N20160821-1959/.

Is this known?
