Yes, for Neon.n, you would want to build
against 4.6-M-builds. They are not tested as much as "milestones"
(that is, less testing each week) but should also be less changes so no
huge risk. If you wanted zero risk you could build again .../updates/4.6/
until we started created "RCs".
Those RCs do go into a 4.6milestones directory, if I recall. 

I was the one that removed 4.6milestones
and probably should not have, since we do use them for "RCs"
so if you'd prefer me to restore that now, instead of waiting for the RCs,
just say the word ... well, opening a bug under Platform, Releng would
be best. :)  In that case, 4.6milestones will have the same content
as .../updates/4.6/ (until RCs).

thanks for the answer. Let me rephrase my question: For Neon.0, we were
regularly building against eclipse/updates/4.6milestones to see whether
Code Recommenders breaks due to upstream changes in *Neon*. Now that
Neon.0 is out, the 4.6milestones update site is gone, but we would still
build regularly against the latest milestone towards Neon.1 (and then
Neon.2 and Neon.3). (And yes, we will also build against 4.7milestones,
to check our compatibility with Oxygen.)

Are the contents of 4.6-M-builds milestones in the same sense than those
on 4.6milestones were?
