[platform-releng-dev] eclipse.pde has been removed as a submodule of agg

For most, if you simple "pull"
the aggregator it should just "disappear". 

The only complication will be if someone
wants to switch back and forth between "master" (or the branch
we'll create soon for R4_6_maintenance) and the branch where it is needed
as a submodule (R4_5_maintenance or earlier). In those cases it will "change"
back and forth between being a submodule and and untracked directory and
Git may complain to you under some conditions unless you follow the simple
steps mentioned in
