I meant I-builds. We will start to have
N-builds, so that Gerrit can use the latest changes.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to
Neon!

Effective immediately, The master branch
is open for Oxygen (4.7) but we will not do builds until Neon is declared.
Also, we will only update the parent POM versions once we start the builds
for Oxygen.
