This was yet-another-stupid failure. As
many of you know we were updating one of our "base platforms"
used for tools to "a recent I-build" to pick up some fixes in
API Tools Reports generation. 

While this build was in progress, I
was cleaning up (deleting) the "old" I-builds -- forgetting we
were still using one from the first of the week -- so that "tools
base" was no longer there to fetch. 

I will now update to the S-build, so
it will stick around for a while, and restart a new I-build.
