Just so everyone know, with each BUILD_FAILED,
we do get further than the previous BUILD_FAILED.  At the current
rate, if it holds up, I am guessing it will take two more such cycles before
getting all the way through. 

That makes the ETA roughly 5 or 6 PM
to "have an I-build". And it was this I-build that was intended
to be "the" I-build for the one-day test pass. 

I am not sure what teams have been doing
today .... testing what we have? Or, waiting for the next build? In either
case, I suspect some teams will need to do a fair amount of testing on
Wednesday. 

At this exact moment, I am assuming
our "end of week" schedule is still the same (sign-offs on Thursday,
deliver on Friday) but 
A. understandable if teams have to slip,
say "half a day", and 
B. understandable if the PMC decides
to slip a whole day to ensure a high-quality milestone. I am sure we will
hear from them if they think we should "slip a whole day" due
to infrastructure issues. (which to me, means "sign-offs on Friday,
delivery on Saturday). 
C. understandable if the PMC wants to
wait until we actually have an I-build, before deciding. :) My estimates
above are just guesses, and for all I know, it might take "all night"!

In an effort to work around bug Bug
492412I have turned on
the local cache (or, more exactly, turned off it's automatic cleaning each
build). 

I would expect there to still be several more "build failed"
messages (if fundamental problem not fixed) but eventually should have
enough in local cache to complete a build. 

First of these is scheduled for 10:45 AM.  If it fails, I will just
keep at it, and see if progress is made.
