While doing a local test build, I get
an error that jdt.feature can not resolve dependency on jdt.annotations
[2.0.100,2.1.101]. 

That is because jdt.annotations has changed to be version 2.1.0! 

I have opened 
Bug
489618- jdt features needs to adjust ranges
for jdt.annotation 2.x 
but am posting here too for maximum visibility since without the fix the
8 AM build will fail.
