We did not ask everyone to "sign-off"
.. only those with unit test failures, since it was simply changing a pre-req,
from RC3. 

And, for this re-spin, we will use that
same "sign-off bug" to simply confirm the fixes are "in"
as expected (And, I would ask someone from SWT confirm that fix, even if
it is Saturday before build is ready -- if that is not possible, let me
know). 

If there is a change in unit tests failures,
I may ask components to document them, but in my experience that would
not have to be done over the weekend, since in 99% of the cases, the "intermittent
failures" are already well documented.

We do not have a "time" yet, but I would expect around 2 PM this
afternoon. 

A bad regression was found in SWT. 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=487687
That is still being worked on "back porting and reviewed". 
I will announce exact time for once that is ready. 

Another fix we'll make are a few minor corrections to "versioning":
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=487164
These were in "UI and Equinox". I think Dani will handle. 

For anyone "doing builds" against our current candidate (M20160208-1530)
there should not be any impact or reason to rebuild based on the re-spin.

Just wanted to let everyone know what I know.
