These tests did not fail upon "Mac
tests rerun" where I timed them to be the only tests running. So while
I'm not sure why the tests might fail when other tests are running (and
that no other tests failed) it could be a coincidence of timing. 

But overall there were still a few tests
failing for our rebuild, so I have created a "sign-off bug" to
document those failing tests. 

Bug 487552- Declare Mars.2 RC4 

As detailed in the bug, I think that
only the following components need to look at the failing tests and document
the bugs that track them.

I have opened the following bug to track the issue with this large number
of tests failing. 

Bug
487481- 95 unit test failures in jdt.core.tests
in recent M-build 

(BTW, I did check, and nothing else changed in our code, except for the
EMF prereq).
