[platform-releng-dev] M-build (towards 4.5.2 RC4) is scheduled for 3 PM

As most of you know, we were hoping our
RC3 candidate was our final one for Mars.2. 
But EMF has provided a new build to
contribute to Mars.2, so we want to be "in synch" with them,
plus they did fix a few bugs. For details

I will schedule this new build for 3
PM today, simply so we have a RC4 candidate as soon as possible. 
If anyone has any suggestions for a
different time, let me know. 

If someone finds another bug or regression
and we need another build before Wednesday, that is fine ... I just wanted
to be sure our proposed candidate (due on Friday) gets as much exposure
as possible. 

There will be no official "sign
off" for this rebuild, but I will make sure no other repositories
changed with a mistaken 'checkin' or similar. And even though no official
sign-off, anyone that is able or interested in doing some sanity testing
would be good (especially those components that are sensitive to EMF changes).

For others, (non-platform committers)
reading this note, if you are still building for the Sim Rel RC3, the correct
"platform" to use for your RC3 builds is still our RC3 deliverables,
