This seems to caused by a network glitch
like we saw a week or two ago:

mirroring artifact descriptors.:

   connect timed out

I had no trouble retrieving it right
now (internally or externally) so I will restart the build at 10:30 PM
(Eastern) ... i.e. in 10 minutes.
