We have a "running bug" to keep
track of the type of error that occurred. 

Bug 484000- Occasional Build failure due to "Could not determine installation
size of file" 

So far, there does not seem to be an
"reason" for it. I have not yet studied full logs in detail.

If I recall, in the past, we simply
restarted the build and the second time would work fine (i.e. related to
some semi-random machine or network state). 

(If anyone prefers a different "re-build" time,
please say.)
