[platform-releng-dev] No Windows tests for last night's N-build

I have opened the following bug to track
the reason for the failure (all "ours" this time). 

Bug 486896- Windows test machine "clean" does not continue after looping

Normally when this happens, I re-start
the tests, but will not this time, since a new build is due at 3 PM and
will assume its tests will suffice. 

If that is NOT the case (someone is
waiting to see those N-build tests from last night) then please say, and
I will crank them up.
