I have opened the following bug to apply
"pending updates" on the mac-test2 machine. 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=486263

I am not sure that is actually the cause
of these failures. Normally a "prompt on screen" would cause
many more failures 

If anyone knows for sure, you might
comment on that bug. 

The only other thing I know to suggest
is to add more diagnostics to your unit tests? 

Or if one's like testBug372226
returns "Application
does not have an active window" is there a way to "try again"
(a few times) if there is a chance that it is "timing related"?
