This works fine for me. Maybe the same
issue as you see in https://bugs.eclipse.org/484005.

I'm unable to install something (I'm trying to install
Git) from the
neon update site into 4.6.0.N20151214-2000 and the two builds before
that. The p2 UI basically never finishes in fetching the children.  (I
waited > one hour).
