Hey Lars,
Platform build is still on tycho 0.23.1. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=480588 for details.
Please also see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=483164 for another issue with Tycho. With the above said any module from releng.aggregator can not start using Tycho 0.24 and as a result pomless as this will break the build.
Regarding the CQ and etc. - nothing like that would be needed.
