This is pretty late notice for our Wednesday
10 AM M-build, but the more of these that can be fixed for RC2, the better.

In the following bug I have listed feature
version "diffs". The first part of the list (about half of all
our features) look suspect ... but, as far as I know, might be correct
as they are. 

Remember too, that if a feature has
a branding bundle, the branding bundle should be changed, if the features
version is changed, so they stay "in synch".

I've listed only features, but the same
task needs to be done for bundles, if they have changed, since the Mars
initial release.
