Massive only in number of files and branches
effected ... the change itself is simple and identical.

In status meeting, I mentioned the importance
of this bug:

I have summarized the change needed
in the last comment. 

It is a very simply change, for a committer
to make, and, I hope I do not have to create 58 patches to get the changes
made soon. (29 x 2 branches). 

Or, if anyone knows how to automate
creating 58 identical changes in our 27 repositories :) that'd be fine
too. 

Bonus: if the pom is the only thing
you change, the qualifier will not change, and you do not even have to
increase service version!
