It turns out there is a bug in our I-build
that effects one of our primary adopters (EMF) in a blocking way (prevents
tests, which prevents subsequent builds). 

See bug 464121
and the bug it points to. My assumption
is if it effects EMF, it would effect others, as well. 

As far as I can tell, the "fix
is in", but will set the time for 11 AM (in about an hour and a half),
to make sure everyone else is prepared and has 'master' in good shape.


Let me know if anyone needs the time
adjusted a little.
