One of the failures in JDT core is a timeout
issue in JUnit and can be ignored. The other two failures (same failure
in two OS') are not seen in our local environments. The failure is about
the missing error for broken build path. At a quick glance,looks like the
build was aborted, which could imply it's a timing issue.

Things are fine from our point of view.
